Support concept

First of all, we will sort out the symptoms and usage status, and then explain in an easy-to-understand way whether the problem can be solved by repair, whether it is better to replace it, or whether it can be improved by simply changing the settings. In addition to parts replacement and software reconfiguration, we also cover cloud accounts, shared folders, printers, and email environments, with the goal of getting you back to your original business.

For corporate customers, we organize and share work details and future operational points so that the burden is not concentrated only on the person in charge. We set a standard price for each type of work.
